A technical communication file can be used to obtain statistical information on how many people use a website, and why, how many times and how long a person visits a website. Such information helps the employer to dynamically produce permitted marketing messages and content. A technical communication file is not generated to obtain data or any other information from the main memory or e-mail address of employer. Most of the browsers have been designed to accept technical communication files by default; however, users may change their browser settings so that they do not receive any technical communication file or they get a warning when a technical communication file is delivered.
